Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy in IP

My friend Darla found this recipe and I made it for her and her husband Doug when I was staying with them. Apparently I was talking up my IP a lot and Darla (who had an IP, but didn’t use it a lot) thought she’d like to see it in action. I made the dish and it was SOOOOOOOO good, I’ve added it to my regular rotation.
