Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna

I recently tried to make Lasagna in the Instant Pot and it did not turn out well. It tasted fine, but was messy. So I tried this recipe since it was already made to be messy and it was much better. It was made to be easier, but provide the same taste that you expect from traditional Lasagna.

Well, that was right on target. It tasted like lasagna, but didn’t take as much work and layers, etc. I didn’t have to do layers, so any kind of pasta works. I actually had three different kinds of pasta that I had leftover from other recipes. But if you’re planning it, Bow Tie Pasta will give you the similar ribbon impression of lasagna noodles, but smaller. I highly suggest you try it. It was indeed easy! Always a plus.
